Group Setup Dialog Box

• Enter a name for the group in the Group Name text box. The group name is the

name the Digital BUS-WATCH® surveillance system will display to identify the

group. Group names are arbitrary.

• Create a name descriptive of the group to be created. Optionally, type a

description for the group, in the Describe box.

• Click the OK Button to accept the group name and create the new group.

• Click Cancel to skip group creation and return to the Devices Tab.

Additional su/jointfilesconvert/314225/bgroups may be created under the root group or any previously created

su/jointfilesconvert/314225/bgroup using the Add Group Button.

To create a new su/jointfilesconvert/314225/bgroup under an existing group

• Select the group from the group list, and click the Add Group Button.

• Create the new group using the Group Setup dialog box, as described previously.

To change the name of an existing group

• Select the group from the group list, and click the Edit Group Button.

• The Group Setup dialog box will reappear.

• Edit the group name

• Click OK to accept the new name.

The Del Group Button is provided to delete a group. A group can be deleted only if it is

empty, and contains no DVR entries or su/jointfilesconvert/314225/bgroups.

To delete an empty group

• select the group

• Click the Del Group Button.
